These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Sellers and the Users (customers) who use the electronic store to purchase goods. By clicking on an object, picture, link (other than that of the General Terms and Conditions) or button located on the website:, it is considered that you accept or agree with the General Terms and Conditions described below. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as other legal acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.


“SELLER” is a merchant who sells his goods through the e-store. The seller is the person with whom the User concludes a contract for the distance sale of a specific product (item) in the electronic store.

“USER” is an able-bodied person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered through the electronic store.

“ELECTRONIC STORE” is the Internet site, which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and for reaching an agreement between a SELLER and a USER for the purchase and sale of a specific good (item).

NASBO OOD Trading Company, EIK: BG13512067, with its registered office in the city of Sofia, St. St. Cyril and Methodius 125 A, which creates and maintains the electronic store, determines the present General Terms and Conditions under which the goods are sold. NASBO OOD has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the Internet site, as well as the methods of access to it.

“ORDER” is the request made by the User for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items) through the electronic store. The order can have the status “approved” – when it is finally confirmed by phone by the User, or the status “unconfirmed” – when it is received by NASBO OOD by e-mail, but not finally confirmed by phone.

“SALE AGREEMENT” is the contract for the purchase and sale of goods between the Seller and the User concluded at a distance through this electronic store.

“COURIER” is a trader who physically delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the User and works under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.

“BROCHURE / ANNOUNCEMENT” are electronic informational messages relating to goods sold in the electronic store during a certain period of time, which may be placed on the Internet page, and may also be sent by e-mail to the User.


2.1. Browsing the online store is completely free and accessible from anywhere in the world.

2.2. In order to shop at the e-store, registration with a password and e-mail or recipient’s name, e-mail, telephone and delivery address is required. Registration is completely free and is done by filling out the registration form. The registered customer has the opportunity to use all services of the store.

2.3. The user must specify an e-mail and password, personal data and delivery addresses.

2.4. NASBO Ltd. is a registered administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (PPA) and has the right to collect, process and use the personal data of its users in view of the needs of the electronic store, while at the same time it has the obligation to keep these confidential personal data, not to use them for other purposes, nor to provide them to third parties, except for Sellers in the store.

2.5. In the e-store, the price of each product, the main characteristics of the product and additional information aimed at helping to make an informed choice when purchasing the product are indicated. Also, on each featured product page there is an opportunity for Users to give opinions and ratings regarding the given product.

2.6. All prices indicated on the website are in BGN with VAT included.

2.7. There is a “Buy” button on the right side of the page. Pressing this button saves the selected product in the User’s virtual “shopping basket”. The contents of the basket are saved for 60 minutes until the User decides to purchase the goods. The user can view the contents of the basket, add new products or remove those he does not want.


3.1. In order to place an order to the electronic store, the User must specify:

3.1.1. a valid e-mail address;

3.1.2. correctly filled in address for delivery of the goods and invoicing;

3.1.3. correctly completed contact details – two names, phone.

3.2. The order is activated, i.e. apply to the electronic store by pressing the “Confirm” button, which appears after at least one product has been selected using the “Buy” button.

3.3. When an order is placed, the User receives a confirmation of the order to the e-mail address specified by him, and the confirmation indicates the number of the order, the date and time when the order was placed. This still does not oblige the Seller to send the goods to the receiving address.

3.4. In the event that the ordered product (specific model) is not available, the consultant notifies the User. If the User does not agree to the order being referred to another product (similar model), the order may be cancelled.

3.5. Orders in the e-store are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.5.1. The working hours of online store consultants are 24 hours, 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday, from 00:00 to 24:00 without holidays. Online product consultations can be done at any time (including weekends).

3.5.2. All orders placed before 9:30am are processed and shipped the same day.

3.5.3. All orders placed after 9:30 am are usually processed the next business day.

3.6. Orders received without correct buyer (User) data or missing data are canceled due to impossibility to fulfill them. Such orders receive the status “REJECTED”.

3.7. The user can refuse an order placed without having to mention reasons for the refusal.

3.8. Cancellation can be made by telephone or by e-mail to the e-mail indicated on the website: info(at) For the refusal to be valid, the User must provide: his two names with which he is registered on the site, his username on the site, the price of the order, as well as the number of the order placed.


4.1. After an order is received by a User at, an e-shop consultant processes your order. The user will receive an email confirmation of the successfully accepted order.

4.2. Delivery is made only after confirmation (by e-mail or phone) of a successfully accepted order.

4.3. Delivery of ordered goods can be simple and fast for goods that are available in stock. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

4.3.1. Ordinary delivery – within 3 (three) working days from the moment of confirmation of the order.

4.3.2. Express – only for the city of Sofia, up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment the order is confirmed.


5.1. Payment for the ordered goods can be done in one way, regardless of the chosen payment method, the payment amount is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.

5.1.1. With “cash on delivery” – payment in cash to the courier upon delivery;
