Concentrated degreasing, bleaching chlorine-containing detergent AL 106 CHLOR

» AL 106 CHLOR is a highly alkaline, highly concentrated, non-flavored, chlorinated cleaner that has a simultaneous degreasing and bleaching action.

» Chlorine-active, non-foam cleaning detergent that meets all HACCP requirements for surface treatment in the food industry.

» Successfully finds applications where fast action, powerful degreasing, guaranteed, no residual foam and surface bleaching are required.

» Provides quality cleaning and efficient prevention of the risk of microbial contamination in food processing and storage units and their production,

» Removes dirt from organics, blood, oils, oils, molds and proteins from the widest range of food processing surfaces.

» It does not damage alpaca, steel, wood, glass and rubber seals of glass, varnish, rubber, plastic, phenolic resins.

» It is widely used for daily and basic degreasing cleaning in the bottling beverage industry, wine making, beer production, dairy processing, ice cream production, canning industry, oil mill, farms and farms, meat and fish processing, storage and fermentation tanks , pasteurizers, canisters, filters, pipe-ducts, beer installations, bottling equipment, milking machines, milk refrigeration installations, floors, walls, channels, sediments, etc.

» Apply by hand, in the traditional way, with a mop, nebulizer or dip in a bath with a working solution.

» Apply mechanically with a water repellent, water-jet machine or recirculation.

» After washing the surface, use a working solution of 0,5 – 2% (50 – 200 ml. per 10 lt. of water) depending on the degree of contamination.

» For complete cleaning, allow the solution to work for 10 min. Rinse thoroughly with water after finishing the cleaning.

» Applied successfully with cold or hot water up to 50°C,

» It is allowed to use repeatedly cycled surfaces for a few days to achieve the optimum result.

» Used on aluminum, chromium, galvanized and tinned surfaces with a concentration of not more than 0,5% in working solution and temperature not higher than 35°C for up to 5 min. with subsequent rinsing with plenty of water.
