After an order is received by a User at CleaningMarket.net, an e-shop consultant processes your order. The user will receive an email confirmation of the successfully accepted order.
Delivery is made only after confirmation (by e-mail or phone) of a successfully accepted order.
Delivery of ordered goods can be simple and fast for goods that are available in stock. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
Ordinary delivery - within 3 (three) working days from the moment of confirmation of the order.
4.3.2. Express - only for the city of Sofia, up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment the order is confirmed.
Deliveries outside Sofia are carried out by "EKONT" couriers, according to the company's tariffs.
Payment
Payment for the ordered goods can be done in two ways, regardless of the chosen payment method, the payment amount is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.
With "cash on delivery" - cash payment to the courier upon delivery;
