The manufacturing process is subject to severe quality controls in all its critical phases, from raw material procurement to chemical transformation, from packaging to storage.
With its wide range of products and effective chemical formulation, Kiter is a renowned international brand targeted for professional cleaning and hygiene, in accordance with HACCP.
In 2001 Kiter was granted authorization by the Italian Ministry of health to produce liquid disinfectants for surfaces and cosmetic products.
Since 2004, the quality management system of Kiter is certified by DNV as conforming to UNI EN ISO 9001. The Research and Development Division of Kiter is constantly innovating the product lines for higher quality, lower consumption and broader product range.
In 2007 Kiter was awarded with the European Ecological Quality Brand Ecolabel for multipurpose detergents and sanitary products, as per the European Commission decision of 2005/344/CE. Inventory levels are constantly monitored to ensure the fastest and complete delivery of orders.

Shipping
After an order is received by a User at CleaningMarket.net, an e-shop consultant processes your order. The user will receive an email confirmation of the successfully accepted order.
Delivery is made only after confirmation (by e-mail or phone) of a successfully accepted order.
Delivery of ordered goods can be simple and fast for goods that are available in stock. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
Ordinary delivery - within 3 (three) working days from the moment of confirmation of the order.
4.3.2. Express - only for the city of Sofia, up to 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment the order is confirmed.
Deliveries outside Sofia are carried out by "EKONT" couriers, according to the company's tariffs.
Payment
Payment for the ordered goods can be done in two ways, regardless of the chosen payment method, the payment amount is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.
With "cash on delivery" - cash payment to the courier upon delivery;
